Many conventional lenders have responded to the recent years economic changes by tightening up their decision-making or underwriting criteria and in the midst of this present uncertainty, have created a sort of "lending desert". This is why after 12+ years in the so called finance arena, I founded Farmville Financial. My services and overall connections are now being leveraged to better serve business owners and homeowners alike in the local community and beyond. So many hardworking people are frustrated by their traditional lender's slow approval speed, lengthy underwriting process and tight credit box stipulations.
